I contacted Omega during summer 2021 when I was considering installing a barn door to replace a 20year old wooden door with misting window panes.Omega had been recommended to me by neighbours. I had admired their new door and been impressed by the neat and quick installation.Contact with Omega was a pleasure from the first. All my questions were answered clearly and promptly, with further information provided if required. On the day appointed to fit the door the two man team carried on time and began work promptly. They covered the carpet with cloths before starting work. The door was fitted in four hours, as arranged. The team cleaned up both inside and outside and gave all necessary explanations. They tested the door to make sure it opened and closed properly and allowed me to do the same. Four sets of keys were provided. They were polite and considerate throughout.My experience with Omega was 100% positive and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wishes to fit doors, windows and conservatories.

I am writing to thank you so much for the installation of new windows which were fitted by your firm. The initial order by telephone was arranged by a friendly immediate response. The surveyor was knowledgeable, accurate and punctual. The windows arrived and were fitted within the stated time period. The two men who fitted the windows were Mark and Jack. The quality of the service they provided was exceptional. They were very hard working and speedy, providing a high standard of installation. The disturbance was minimal and each room was left much cleaner than I expected for this type of work. I used your company because of a recommendation from a neighbour and your good reputation is well deserved. Thank you.

Considering all of the difficulties that we have all experienced with Covid-19 and the resulting supply chain disruption ad social distancing, I am pleased to report that we are very satisfied with our installation of new Omega windows. All of the Omega staff that we have come into contact with, have been courteous and helpful. Keeping the customer informed of all progress, with confirmations and receipts, which we found very helpful and reassuring with regards to the customer care standards. The installation team arrived on time and conducted the fittings in a caring, professional and respectful way to ourselves and our home. Any damaged that was sustained was repaired and made good. Any mess was tidied up after installation was completed. Our fitter found two faults, but they were immediately identified and a replacement window and handles was ordered and duly fitted when available to complete the installation. We have received our window 10 year guarantee certificate and feel that should we ever need your assistance in resolving any future problems, we are confident that the same level of customer service will be provided. Omega put in a huge amount of extra effort due to the unusual construction of our home and having to work around the builders doing the lead flashings and oak cladding at the same time. Their problem solving on-site was impressive and their work is outstanding. And all during an icy cold January.The new windows and doors look incredible and we’ve had nothing but compliments from our neighbours. Highly recommend them.

We would like thank Julian and his Staff at Omega windows for the recent insulation during difficult trading times, we felt safe with tradesmen working at our home installing new glazed panels, these new panels offer enhanced insulation properties which helps reduce energy costs.
