Although I don’t often (never really) take the time to write reviews on companies, particularly when they have done a great job, I thought that I should this time particularly as window companies often don’t have the best reputation. I’m sure that there are other great window companies around but for half dozen houses we have done up over 30 year these are the best we’ve found (so far).

It’s always difficult to know who to go for when needing something done so I asked in the Facebook residents group. Omega came up often. Along with 2 other companies I got quotes. Omega was mid-range. I chose them as they’re an independent company and I’m so pleased I did! The customer service throughout the process was excellent. There were plenty of updates. What a wonderful company Omega are. They said it was likely I would have to wait up to six weeks for my new door to be complete. Two weeks later, it was manufactured, installed, and it looks amazing. The installers were very efficient, professional, and left my home clean and tidy afterwards. Service from beginning to end was excellent. I can't praise Omega enough.
